But finally, on the Christmas Eve the 25th of December the snow dumped! It was like a present to all of us. The whole day was snowing at the top and gradually began to snow, even in the valley. Next morning on the second Christmas holiday was incredible, the sky was completely swept and beautiful, blue without a cloud. Resort welcomed us with a great conditions, no wind at all, the snow was super cold and it mostly places fell 60 cm. The winf blowed at some places quite a lot of snow so we thaught that it could trigger an avanlange but luckily did not and we ruled for the rest of the day.

We will gradually bring other minor reports about the snow conditions, resorts  traveled around Zell am See. I need to make a note here that Kaprun has not as much snow as last year at the same time but at least there is finally a little snow so you can get down to the bottom station Langwied.
